DEVELOPMENT OF PASTRY RECIPES AND CONSULTATION
Remain the cherry on the cake. I can develop custom recipes for you. Frozen cakes are my specialty, but I can help you with recipes for cakes with added value (healthy snacking) and the development of modern cakes based on classic recipes. Each challenge is an experience for everyone.
DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOM PASTRY MIXES
If we don’t have lime, we’ll use lemon. That’s not me! Don’t expect a copy of what you already know. I create differently. Trends from abroad and my need to constantly move forward have brought me to develop and produce my own mixes. Our strength is in simplicity, variability and concentration.
You don’t have to do it alone. I can help you introduce new recipes into your production. My goal is to find an optimal workflow solution in your company to maximize the productivity for each given recipe. I can create a logical arrangement of your production processes and solve manufacturing problems arising in your production.
Would you like to try new trends but you don’t know how? Are there areas in pastry that you are not sufficiently experienced in? Don’t worry, together we can tackle education and training. I prepare thematic training as well as tailor-made training.
CONSULTATION AND PRODUCTION SPACE DESIGN
Tight production spaces? I also assist in designing pastry production spaces, emphasizing careful construction of logical production paths. I have currently assisted in eight production spaces with a production capacity of at least 1,000 whole cakes per day.
Do you need help with baking machinery? Tenart sells machinery and equipment to pastry and bakery manufactories. In this case, I can help you as a technologist — a trainer for the new machinery — and I can also help you solve or manage associated changes.
